1. Oversee cosmetics product registrations, renewals, regulatory documentation, and regulatory processes.
2. Manage cosmetics registration for Singapore and Malaysia, with potential expansion to other APAC countries such as Australia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
3. Track and monitor regulatory submissions across the APAC region, collaborating with in-country teams and external consultants.
4. Stay informed on regulatory changes to prevent issues or delays.
5. Liaise with regulatory authorities on proposals, submissions, and requests or amendments.
6. Assist the Trade Compliance Manager with other trade compliance matters, including import licensing, customs classification, and audits/investigations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory or customs broker role within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience in submitting cosmetics product notifications to HSA and product registrations for Malaysia and other APAC countries.

1. Familiarity with regional cosmetics regulations and standards in APAC.
2. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
3. Ability to stay updated on legislative changes and new requirements in the APAC region.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory or customs broker role within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
