1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial closings in accordance with local and Group reporting standards.
3. Report financial statements, treasury, and capital expenditures using Group software.
4. Review and validate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Manage cash flow, payment cycles, and intercompany transactions.
6. Maintain accurate stock valuation and collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory adjustments.
7. Act as a business partner, providing training and knowledge transfer on accounting principles and internal controls.
8. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
9. Lead the relationship with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
10. Participate in and lead accounting aspects of new company projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
3. 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry.

1. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
2. Strong technical accounting knowledge.
3. Leadership skills in managing accounting teams.
4. Fluency in Korean and English.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the luxury retail or FMCG sectors.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
