1. Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
2. Welcome every client and ensure the best client experience.
3. Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
4. Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
5. Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
6. Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
7. Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
8. Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Previous experience in retail or hospitality, particularly in the luxury sector, is advantageous.
3. Professional superior studies in sales & marketing and/or tourism are valued but not mandatory.
