1. Examine and diagnose issues reported by clients regarding malfunctioning or damaged products.
2. Perform repairs on products, equipment, or devices to restore them to proper working condition.
3. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately.
4. Communicate with clients to understand the nature of the issue and provide updates on repair progress.
5. Collaborate with sales associates to address any product or service-related concerns.
6. Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective repair solutions.
7. Maintain an organized inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs.
8. Order replacement parts as needed, following established procedures and budget guidelines.
9. Adhere to company and industry standards for repair quality and safety.
10. Document repair processes and outcomes, maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis.
11. Gather and document customer feedback and product issues encountered during repairs.
12. Communicate product feedback to the appropriate teams for further analysis and improvement initiatives.

1. At least 2 years of experience in repairs/after care or similar roles, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
3. Availability to work 35 hours per week with flexibility to work on weekends.
