1. Lead the roadmap for gluing and coloring processes, including the development and deployment of new techniques for textiles and leathers.
2. Facilitate communities of reference experts in coloring and gluing, ensuring the deployment of standards and creation of expertise modules.
3. Maintain continuous communication with equipment suppliers, development teams, workshops, and reference experts.
4. Define means for new processes, control procedures, technique deployment, audits, and training of manufacturing teams.
5. Animate the expert communities in Coloring and Gluing within the Maison.

1. Advanced degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent with expertise in leather craftsmanship.
2. At least 8 years of experience in similar roles.

2. Proficiency in team collaboration methods.
3. Analytical and synthesizing mindset.
4. Curiosity and proactive approach.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and effective communication.

Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project management within the leather goods industry.

Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
