1. Lead the development and deployment of gluing and coloring processes, including robotics, machinery, and manual techniques for textiles and leathers.
2. Facilitate communities of practice for experts in coloring and gluing, ensuring the implementation of standards and the creation of technical knowledge modules.
3. Maintain continuous communication with equipment suppliers, development teams, workshops, and internal experts.
4. Define resources for new processes, establish process control procedures, deploy techniques and expertise, and conduct audits and training for manufacturing teams.
5. Coordinate expert communities in coloring and gluing within the company.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or a related field with expertise in leather craftsmanship.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar technical project management roles.

1. Strong technical project management skills.
2. Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is advantageous.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, including autonomy, listening, and communication abilities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project management within the leather goods industry.

Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
