1. Lead the roadmap for gluing and coloring processes, including development and deployment of new methods for textiles and leathers.
2. Facilitate communities of reference for coloring and gluing, deploying standards, creating knowledge modules, and organizing technical meetings.
3. Maintain continuous communication with equipment suppliers, development teams, workshops, and reference points.
4. Define means for new processes, process control procedures, deployment of techniques and know-how, audits, and training of manufacturing teams.
5. Animate expert communities in Coloring and Gluing within the House.

1. Higher education degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Expertise in leather craftsmanship.

1. Strong technical project management skills.
2. Teamwork methodologies.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Curiosity and proactivity.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and listening abilities.
6. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Italian or Spanish is a plus.

At least 8 years of experience in similar roles.

Higher education degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent.
