1. Advanced degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent with expertise in leather craftsmanship.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, including autonomy, listening, and communication.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the leather goods sector.

Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
