Louis Vuitton Technical Project Manager - Leather Goods

- Lead the roadmap for gluing and coloring processes, including the development and deployment of new technologies for textiles and leathers.
- Facilitate communities of experts in gluing and coloring, ensuring the implementation of standards and the creation of knowledge modules.
- Maintain continuous communication with equipment suppliers, development teams, workshops, and technical experts.
- Define resources for new processes, establish process control procedures, and oversee the deployment of techniques and training for manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate expert communities in coloring and gluing within the company.
- Advanced degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent with expertise in leather craftsmanship.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong technical project management skills.
- Proficiency in team collaboration methods.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity and innovative thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including autonomy, listening, and communication.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the leather goods sector.
Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
