1. Lead and oversee industrial developments related to processes and machinery.
2. Provide technical support to operational teams.
3. Implement and manage the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for both property and personnel.
5. Execute the curative and preventive maintenance policy as defined by the workshop management.
6. Guarantee the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives for industrial performance.
8. Optimize resources and costs of activities.
9. Manage investments and new construction projects.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical, maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments.
3. Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
4. Experience in change management is advantageous.

2. High level of personal rigor and ability to uphold high standards.
3. Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 10 years in a relevant industrial setting with significant project and team management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
