9. Manage investments and new works projects.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical, maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a large-scale industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership roles.

2. Strong communication skills.

5. Adaptability and change management experience.
