7. Support continuous improvement initiatives for industrial performance.
8. Optimize resources and costs of activities.
9. Manage investments and new works.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical, maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from an engineering school, business school, or university.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership.
3. Experience in change management is advantageous.
