4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for both assets and personnel.
5. Execute the curative and preventive maintenance policy as defined by the workshop management.
6. Guarantee the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives for industrial performance.
8. Optimize resources and costs of activities.
9. Manage investments and new works.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical, maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from an engineering school, business school, or university.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership.
3. Experience in change management is advantageous.

4. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 8 years in a high-volume industrial setting, with experience in project management and team leadership.
