8. Optimize resources and costs of the activity.
9. Manage investments and new projects.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical and maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments.
3. Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
4. Experience in change management is advantageous.
