1. Oversee the comprehensive renovation project of the Asnières workshop focusing on environmental, workplace quality, agility and performance, and customer experience.
2. Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and cultivate a robust safety culture.
3. Manage the renovation project across all scopes including investment, needs assessment, project management, and change management.
4. Supervise the preparation of estimates and the overall maintenance work of the buildings to ensure structural integrity.
5. Ensure the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
6. Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations for both property and personnel.
7. Execute the Focus safety/health initiative and the environmental policy.
8. Optimize energy expenditures and monitor them using available tools.
9. Manage building service providers and oversee HSE programs.
10. Handle CAPEX and OPEX management.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments with successful project management and team leadership.
3. Experience in change management is advantageous.
