1. Oversee the comprehensive renovation project of the Asnières workshop, focusing on environmental sustainability, workplace quality, agility, performance, and customer experience.
2. Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and foster a culture of safety.
3. Manage the renovation project across all scopes, including investment, needs definition, project management, and change management.
4. Supervise the preparation of estimates and general maintenance work to ensure the structural integrity of the buildings.
5. Ensure the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
6. Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations for both assets and personnel.
7. Execute the Focus safety and health initiative and the environmental policy.
8. Optimize energy expenditure and monitor usage through available tools.
9. Manage building service providers and oversee HSE programs.
10. Administer CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of education in engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership roles.
3. Experience in change management is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
