- Oversee a comprehensive renovation project of the Asnières workshop focusing on environmental, workplace quality, agility, performance, and customer experience.
- Manage the maintenance team and ensure the provision of equipment for manufacturing at optimal cost to enhance industrial performance.
- Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and cultivate a safety culture.
- Implement and oversee industrial developments related to processes and machinery.
- Provide technical support to operational teams.
- Optimize resources and costs to improve industrial performance continuously.
- Execute the defined curative and preventive maintenance policy.
- Lead the renovation project across all scopes including investment, needs definition, work supervision, and change management.
- Oversee the preparation of quotes and general maintenance work to maintain the building structure.
- Ensure the safety of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations for both property and personnel.
- Execute the environmental policy and optimize energy expenditures using available tools.
- Manage the maintenance team and building service providers.
- Oversee HSE programs and manage CAPEX and OPEX.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments with successful project management and team leadership.
- Experience in change management is advantageous.
- Strong personal rigor to uphold high standards.
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
