1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of eight years of relevant manufacturing or industrial experience.
3. Proven project management experience in a high-growth organization.
4. Knowledge of OSHA compliance; professional certifications such as OHST, ASP, or CSP are advantageous.

A senior manager with a minimum of eight years of relevant manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
