3. Manage modification requests and update systems accordingly.
4. Conduct initial diagnostics on data anomalies reported by business teams.
5. Update technical information in the database for various workshop flows.
6. Provide support to logistics and technical teams.
7. Draft standard documentation and assist in service structuring by creating tracking indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
