1. Ensure accurate configuration of data in information systems to support internal and external workflows.
2. Define and implement tracking indicators for product nomenclatures and modification requests.
3. Manage modification requests and update systems accordingly.
4. Conduct initial diagnostics on data anomalies reported by business teams.
5. Update technical information in the database for various workshop flows.
6. Provide support to logistics and technical teams.
7. Draft standard documentation and assist in service structuring by creating tracking indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and adaptability.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Interest in environmental sustainability.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
