Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
- Drive the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize them.
- Act as an ambassador for a specific product category.
- Oversee the business of the product category, instilling enthusiasm and passion, and define and implement action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying development potential in coordination with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, embodying professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in organizing customer events.
- Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
- Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
- Convey product knowledge and uphold the values of Louis Vuitton, collaborating with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Successfully completed degree or equivalent educational background.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Strong affinity for luxury product sales and high service orientation.
- Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding analytical abilities and a performance and results-oriented work style.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and striving for new goals together.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
