6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to enhance client experience.
7. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
8. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
9. Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with High Jewelry and High Watchmaking clients.
10. Lead by example in sales leadership, supporting team sales and developing a personal client portfolio.
11. Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton standards.
12. Support daily operations tasks and ensure policy compliance.

1. Proven experience in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End Luxury segments.

2. Passion for creating memorable, high-touch experiences in High Jewelry and Watchmaking.
3. Strong sense of aesthetics, precision, and attention to detail.

6. Proficiency in Italian and English.

Minimum of 10 years in the luxury industry, specifically in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End segments.
