- Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with High Jewelry and High Watchmaking clients.
- Lead by example in sales leadership, supporting team sales and developing a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton standards.
- Support daily operations tasks and ensure policy compliance.
- Proven experience in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End Luxury segments.
- Exceptional ability to engage discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Passion for creating memorable, high-touch experiences in High Jewelry and Watchmaking.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, precision, and attention to detail.
- Proactive leadership style and strong organizational skills.
- Agility and resilience.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
Minimum of 10 years in the luxury industry, specifically in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End segments.
