2. Drive the achievement of sales targets, with a particular focus on the Watches & Jewelry sector.
3. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
4. Oversee efficient management of the sales floor.
5. Inspire and develop team members, encouraging them to reach new levels of performance and excellence.

1. Extensive managerial experience in luxury retail or watches and jewelry brands.
2. GIA certification is preferred.

5. Passion for Louis Vuitton and the Watches & Jewelry sector.
6. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector or watches and jewelry brands.
