- Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recruit and develop highly motivated teams, fostering their growth to the next level.
- Represent and embody the Brand values, demonstrating Louis Vuitton attitudes towards clients and team members.
- Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance against expectations.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using various clienteling tools.
- Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information through briefings and training.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising and team animation.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in cross-selling, upselling, and client repurchase.
- Oversee product receiving and sales processes, ensuring full preselling preparation of goods.
- Advise clients on brand-related matters, product categories, and care services.
- Assist clients in product selection, ensuring the right size, style, and color.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Support operations team in inventory management.
- Assist the Store Manager in workforce management and staff planning.
- Completed higher education.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company within the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Substantial previous experience in a leadership role.
- Strong command of Polish and English.
- Agile personality, capable of dealing with ambiguity.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Fashion-driven with a passion for the brand.
- Leadership and a mature approach.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant leadership role within an international retail, hospitality, or restaurant environment.
Completed higher education.
