1. Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Recruit and develop highly motivated teams, fostering their growth to the next level.
3. Represent the brand values and demonstrate Louis Vuitton attitudes toward clients and team members.
4. Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
7. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
8. Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership and supporting team sales efforts.
9. Manage sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
10. Support operations team in inventory management.
11. Assist the store manager in staff planning and workforce management.

1. Completed higher education.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company within the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
3. Substantial previous experience in a leadership role.
4. Strong command of Polish and English.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within an international company in retail, hospitality, or restaurant sectors.

Completed higher education.
