- Lead and coach a team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
- Recruit and develop highly motivated teams, securing succession plans in collaboration with Universe Managers and HR.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
- Foster a client-centric mindset to develop long-term client relationships and ensure commercial success.
- Take ownership of a specific business area, such as a product category, ensuring its success.
- Animate and inspire the team with corporate strategy and relevant business information.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the country head office based on local market knowledge.
- Lead by example in client interactions, demonstrating best-in-class clienteling actions.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and operational excellence.
- Maintain effective store organization and staffing levels.
- Communicate and implement Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
- Multiple years of experience in managing and developing larger teams in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury industry and client experience.
- Strong passion for selling and client service.
- Dedication to driving and developing the team and business on the sales floor.
- Coaching mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to design and implement action plans.
- Advanced animation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and at least B2 level in German.
