1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Represent and embody the brand values and attitudes towards clients and team members.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
4. Develop and implement action plans to enhance product performance and client engagement.
5. Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members.
6. Utilize visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation to boost business.

Annual salary range of $100,000-$120,000 CAD, with bonus opportunities.
