1. Ensure the achievement of team objectives on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development and training needs, and partnering with the Field Coach Trainer to create tailored development plans.
3. Identify, recruit, and develop talents, while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
5. Motivate the team to drive business, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
6. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience.
7. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
8. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs.
9. Act as a role model by demonstrating sales leadership and supporting team sales efforts, while building and developing a personal client portfolio.
10. Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management, ensuring visibility and support, and maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
11. Ensure adherence to policies and support the team in daily operational tasks.
