Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Ensure the achievement of team objectives on a monthly and annual basis.
- Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development and training needs, and partnering with the Field Coach Trainer to create tailored development plans.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents, while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
- Motivate the team to drive business, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating sales leadership and supporting team sales efforts, while building and developing a personal client portfolio.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management, ensuring visibility and support, and maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Ensure adherence to policies and support the team in daily operational tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
