1. Lead and coach the team to establish robust client relationships and attract new Watches & Jewelry clients.
2. Proactively drive the achievement of sales goals, with a focus on the Watches & Jewelry category.
3. Uphold the highest standards in delivering exceptional client experiences.
4. Ensure efficient management of the sales floor.
5. Coach and develop the team, inspiring them to achieve excellence.

1. Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector and/or watches & jewelry brands.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
3. GIA certification is preferable.

5. Passion for Louis Vuitton and the Watches & Jewelry sector.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector or watches & jewelry brands is required.
