Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to build strong client relationships and attract new clients in the Watches & Jewelry category.
- Proactively foster the achievement of sales goals, particularly in the Watches & Jewelry category.
- Uphold the highest standards in delivering client experiences.
- Maintain efficient sales floor management.
- Coach and develop the team to the next level, inspiring them to strive for excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector and/or watches & jewelry brands.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- GIA certification is preferable.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Experience Requirements
