1. Lead and coach the team to build strong client relationships and attract new clients in the Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Proactively foster the achievement of sales goals, particularly in the Watches & Jewelry category.
3. Uphold the highest standards in delivering client experiences.
4. Maintain efficient sales floor management.
5. Coach and develop the team to the next level, inspiring them to strive for excellence.

1. Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector and/or watches & jewelry brands.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
3. GIA certification is preferable.
