Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve outstanding commercial results while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Identify development and training needs, ensuring each team member receives ongoing coaching and learning opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear, constructive feedback to support individual growth and success.
- Act as a role model and ambassador for Louis Vuitton values, embedding the Maison’s culture consistently within the team.
- Maintain a deep and current knowledge of Louis Vuitton products, heritage, and trends to inspire both clients and team members.
- Oversee the team’s dedicated product assortment, ensuring optimal stock levels and impeccable presentation.
- Drive sales performance through clear target setting, effective selling strategies, and active floor leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising to optimize product placement and store flow.
- Create desire and emotional connection by ensuring clients are inspired through exceptional storytelling and service.
- Champion the Louis Vuitton selling ceremony, ensuring savoir-faire and heritage are consistently delivered by the team.
- Monitor client feedback and proactively implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner closely with the Operations team to support efficient daily operations, including stock movement, shipping and receiving, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually elevated team environment aligned with Maison standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations at all times.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a luxury or fast-paced premium retail environment.
- Strong selling capability and a natural ability to lead from the floor.
- A client-centric mindset with a passion for storytelling, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive leadership style.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or fast-paced premium retail environments.
