- Lead and coach the team to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, embodying the brand's values through mentorship and example.
- Provide tailored support and coaching to team members, identifying individual development and training needs in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring equitable opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Set clear individual and team goals that promote both individual achievement and collaborative success, managing performance proactively.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that embraces individual differences and fosters open communication and teamwork.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information through morning briefings and training sessions.
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, inclusivity, and client experience, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
- Build and develop a diverse client portfolio, demonstrating inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient and inclusive sales floor management practices.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the Louis Vuitton brand and its values.
- Strong client service and sales skills.
- Ability to create exceptional experiences for all clients.
- Effective team leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in managing performance and setting goals.
Minimum 5 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
