1. Provide continuous coaching, growth, and educational support to staff.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager on recruitment and development of staff, focusing on securing key talents.
3. Set and monitor team and individual goals.
4. Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
5. Build long-term relationships with clients and develop customer management tools.
6. Support high-level client experience through effective floor management.
7. Communicate and educate on Louis Vuitton's business objectives.
8. Understand client needs and keep abreast of market trends.
9. Provide training and coaching for customer management.
10. Act as a role model in sales leadership.
11. Support staff in achieving sales targets and enhancing cross-selling capabilities.
12. Manage VIP clients.
13. Maximize business opportunities in collaboration with the Store Manager.

1. Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
2. Experience in managing roles within environments with a store presence, such as SPA brands, luxury cars, digital devices, or cosmetics.
3. Proven ability to lead teams in customer-facing roles, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales results.
4. Strong experience and interest in talent development, coaching, and team building.
5. Passion for the luxury industry and a desire to grow with Louis Vuitton.
