1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
3. Implement action plans to enhance product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling.
4. Provide continuous coaching and identify development and training needs for the team.
5. Manage operations, including selling and floor management.

1. Proven experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury and local market.
3. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary range of USD$110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
