1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.

3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
4. Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members.
5. Create and implement action plans to enhance business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
6. Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.

Annual salary range of USD $100,000 - $115,000, plus bonus opportunities.
