Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
- Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for team members.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in the store.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office.
- Maximize product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support team sales efforts.
- Manage efficient sales floor operations.
- Champion a product category and support related business activities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
- Support inventory management and staff planning.
Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent strongly appreciated.

Experience Requirements
