- Collaborate with CRM Team Manager to achieve clienteling KPI targets.
- Coordinate with Head Office for client development and CRM training initiatives.
- Work with Client Development and Events Teams to create outreach campaigns.
- Ensure store team is informed of global marketing and events strategies.
- Foster a client-centric mindset within the store team.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance regularly.
- Maintain a positive team spirit and motivate team members.
- Implement training programs focusing on client experience and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of team members.
- Ensure team members represent the brand effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or client relations.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile client relationships.
- Experience in leading teams and driving performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
