1. Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive business objectives and cultivate meaningful client relationships.
3. Support the Store Director in people development and operational excellence.
4. Manage team performance and foster a culture of collaboration and client focus.
5. Oversee team management and development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and operations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in team leadership and client relationship management.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury and local market dynamics.

Annual salary range of USD $105,000 - $110,000, plus bonus opportunities.
