- Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
- Manage and optimize KPIs within the area of responsibility.
- Act as an ambassador for a specific product category.
- Oversee the business of the product category, convey enthusiasm and passion, and define and implement action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying development potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, representing professionalism and the highest customer orientation.
- Assist in organizing customer events.
- Lead, plan, and develop employees using various personnel development tools.
- Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
- Impart product knowledge and communicate the values of Louis Vuitton, in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Successful completion of a degree or equivalent educational background.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Strong affinity for selling luxury products and high service orientation.
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
- Excellent analytical skills and a performance and results-oriented work style.
- Enjoy working in a team and striving for new goals together.
- Very good English language skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with initial leadership exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
