1. Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
2. Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for team members in collaboration with the Store Manager.
3. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment to drive business success.
4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships and ensuring the highest level of client experience.
5. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
6. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and feedback based on market and client insights.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in achieving sales targets.
8. Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton standards.
9. Support the team in daily operations and ensure policy compliance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
