1. Ensure the achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Manage and develop the team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
3. Support team members with consistent coaching and identify their development and training needs.
4. Foster long-term client relationships and leverage clienteling tools.
5. Establish a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
6. Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information.
7. Provide the country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge.
8. Develop action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members with their sales efforts.
10. Build and develop a client portfolio and ensure efficient sales floor management.

1. Minimum 5 years of specialty retail experience with team management.
2. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
4. Self-starter with dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Computer literacy is essential.
7. Passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
8. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company.
