1. Minimum 5 years of specialty retail experience with team management.
2. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
4. Self-starter with dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Computer literacy is essential.
7. Passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
8. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company.
