- Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve commercial success while ensuring exceptional client experience.

- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
- Oversee the team's product assortment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Oversee operational processes and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Proven track record managing teams: 5-8 years of experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends

Minimum of 5 years managing teams in a luxury retail environment.
