- Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client by demonstrating and modeling the brand's attitudes.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals, assess and manage performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with management.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
- Provide the corporate office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Serve as the store's point of reference for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Support product category business through team animations and mentoring.
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
- Support operations team in inventory management and assist Store Manager in staff planning.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
- Computer literacy is required.
