1. Lead and coach a team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, demonstrating and modeling the brand's attitudes.
2. Recruit, develop, and manage a highly motivated team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
3. Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.

5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.

8. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Regional Merchandiser based on local market knowledge.
9. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
10. Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in cross-selling and client repurchase.
11. Ensure efficient sales floor management and visible presence to maximize business opportunities.
12. Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Regional Merchandising team and supporting product category business.
13. Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
14. Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion retail industry.
