1. Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through exemplary service.
3. Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for team members in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, enhancing team motivation and performance.
5. Support the team in establishing long-term client relationships and ensuring a client-centric mindset in store.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team effectively.
7. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Corporate office based on local market insights.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in achieving their sales goals.
9. Manage the sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
10. Act as a reference point for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing insights on product performance and market trends.
11. Ensure compliance with brand standards and support inventory management operations.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
2. Experience in managing teams is preferred.

1. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
2. Strong computer literacy.
