1. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Recruit, build, and develop highly motivated teams, ensuring succession plans are in place.
3. Ensure the team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and development.
4. Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Set individual and team goals, assess and manage performance.
6. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team.
7. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
8. Establish a client-centric mindset in the store.
9. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
10. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Corporate office.
11. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
12. Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting team sales and client repurchase.
13. Manage efficient sales floor operations and ensure Louis Vuitton standards are met.
14. Serve as the store point of reference for the Corporate Merchandising team.
15. Support product category business and convey enthusiasm through team activities.
16. Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
17. Support inventory management and staff planning.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
2. Experience managing teams preferred.

1. Foreign languages are a plus.
2. Computer literacy.
