1. Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve commercial success while ensuring exceptional client experience.
2. Identify training needs and ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team members’ growth and success.
4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
5. Oversee the team’s dedicated product assortment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation.
6. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
7. Collaborate with other Team Managers, Department Managers, and the visual merchandising teams to optimize store layout and product placement.
8. Monitor client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
9. Oversee operational processes, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining efficient workflows.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

1. 5+ years of experience in the retail sector with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and management.
2. Strong knowledge and genuine appreciation of luxury products and clients.
3. Proficiency in Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Digital proficiency.
