1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

7. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market insights.
8. Maximize product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling strategies.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in achieving their sales goals.
10. Manage sales floor operations to ensure business opportunities are maximized.
11. Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team.
12. Ensure compliance with brand standards and support inventory management.
