1. Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and modeling of brand attitudes.
3. Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
4. Foster a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences and proactively manage client-related situations.

10. Ensure implementation of brand standards, policies, and grooming guidelines.
11. Support inventory management and staff planning in collaboration with the Operations team.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
2. Experience in managing teams is preferred.

1. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
2. Strong computer literacy.
