- Lead and mentor the team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through modeling the brand's attitudes.
- Identify development needs and partner with the Field Coach Trainer to create individual action plans.
- Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and cooperation.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships and ensure a client-centric mindset.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on local market insights.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in achieving sales goals.
- Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities.
