1. Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client by modeling and supporting the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
3. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.

6. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using various clienteling tools.
7. Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
8. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
9. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market knowledge.
10. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
11. Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in their sales efforts.
12. Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure standards are met.
13. Champion a product category, providing feedback and supporting business initiatives.
14. Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
15. Assist in inventory management and workforce planning.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
