- Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client by modeling and supporting the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using various clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market knowledge.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in their sales efforts.
- Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure standards are met.
- Champion a product category, providing feedback and supporting business initiatives.
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
- Assist in inventory management and workforce planning.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
