Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
- Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) within the designated area of responsibility.
- Act as an ambassador for a specific product category, driving enthusiasm and passion.
- Oversee the business of the product category, define and implement action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying potential for growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, exemplifying professionalism and customer-centricity.
- Assist in organizing customer events.
- Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
- Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
- Convey product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values, in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Successful completion of a degree or equivalent educational background.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Strong affinity for luxury product sales and high service orientation.
- Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding analytical skills and performance-driven work ethic.
- Enjoy working in a team and striving for new goals together.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with initial leadership exposure.
