1. Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
2. Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) within the designated area of responsibility.
3. Act as an ambassador for a specific product category, driving enthusiasm and passion.
4. Oversee the business of the product category, define and implement action plans.
5. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying potential for growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, exemplifying professionalism and customer-centricity.
7. Assist in organizing customer events.
8. Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
9. Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
10. Convey product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values, in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.

1. Successful completion of a degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
3. Strong affinity for luxury product sales and high service orientation.
4. Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach.
5. Outstanding analytical skills and performance-driven work ethic.
6. Enjoy working in a team and striving for new goals together.
7. Proficient in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
