Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through modeling and coaching the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and manage talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Director and HR.
- Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in achieving sales goals.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton standards.
- Communicate and implement brand policies, standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support inventory management and workforce planning.
- Multiple years of experience managing and developing larger teams in a client-facing environment such as retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury industry and client experience.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong business driving skills with the ability to design and implement action plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for selling and client service.
- Capacity to coach on the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset.
- Exceptional sense of ownership and strong work ethic.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or hospitality industry is required.
