- Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
- Manage and optimize key performance indicators within the designated area.
- Act as an ambassador for a specific product category, driving enthusiasm and passion.
- Oversee the product category business, implementing action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor.
- Support the organization of customer events.
- Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
- Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
- Convey product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values in cooperation with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Successfully completed degree or equivalent educational background.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Strong affinity for selling luxury products and high service orientation.
- Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills with a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding analytical skills and performance-oriented work style.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and striving for new goals.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with initial leadership exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
