Louis Vuitton Team Manager

1. Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
2. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize them.
3. Act as an ambassador for a specific product category.
4. Oversee the product category business, instilling enthusiasm and passion, and defining and implementing action plans.
5. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying development potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, representing professionalism and top-tier customer service.
7. Assist in organizing customer events.
8. Lead, plan, and develop employees using various personnel development tools.
9. Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
10. Convey product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.

1. Successfully completed degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
3. Strong affinity for selling luxury products and high service orientation.
4. Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
5. Excellent analytical skills and a performance and results-oriented work ethic.
6. Enjoyment of teamwork and striving for new goals together.
7. Very good English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with initial leadership responsibilities.
